Advanced precision parts are an important part of modern mechanical systems, and their characteristics determine the performance and reliability of mechanical devices. In order to meet the needs of various complex machine designs, the manufacturing technology of high-precision parts is developing rapidly.

The manufacturing technology of high-precision parts includes several important aspects, such as material processing, heat treatment, mechanical finishing, inspection, and assembly. Material processing refers to the process of plastic deformation, forging, extrusion, etc., starting from raw materials to manufacture parts that meet the requirements. Heat treatment means that the material is heat-treated at high temperature to change the organization of the material and improve the performance of the material. Mechanical finishing technology means that the parts are precisely processed by machine tools and tools to achieve the required accuracy and size. Inspection means testing the size, accuracy and quality of the parts to ensure that the performance of the parts meets the requirements. Assembly refers to the assembly of various parts into a complete mechanical system.
