The 802.11b router was launched in 1999, the theoretical maximum speed of the <a href="https://lcantennas.com/2-4-ghz-antenne/"><u>2.4 GHz band</u></a> is 11 Mbit / s.</p> <p>802.11A standard is also defined in 1999 and promised that the theoretical speed in the <a href="https://lcantennas.com/5-ghz-sma-antenna/"><u>5 GHz band</u></a> is 54 Mbit / s.</p> <p>The delay is actually one of the main drive factors behind the development of the <a href="https://lcantennas.com/new-5g-amplifier/"><u>5G network</u></a>.</p> <p><a href="https://lcantennas.com/product-category/iot-m2m-antennas/5g-antennas/"><u>5G</u></a> will provide 10 times faster than <a href="https://lcantennas.com/product-category/iot-m2m-antennas/4g-antennas/"><u>LTE</u></a>. However, <a href="https://lcantennas.com/5g-nr-amplifier/"><u>5G radio</u></a> has a disadvantage similar to Wi-Fi.</p> <p><a href="https://lcantennas.com/uwb-will-open-a-new-era/"><u>UWB</u></a> combines a gap between long-distance, high data rate transceiver (Wi-Fi and 5G) and short-range low data rate solutions, such as <a href="https://lcantennas.com/bluetooth-receiver-antenna/"><u>Ble</u></a> and <a href="https://lcantennas.com/product/2-4-g-pcb-antenna-layout-zigbee-antenna-design/"><u>ZigBee</u></a>.</p>
