Mr. Mattox,

 As a leader I would be interested in the knowledge network in my employees. I think in order to be successful you need a very good understanding in the work place or job that you are applying for or currently working. Also as a leader or manager you should have the capability to access people skill levels, and get a very good understanding of what they can handle within the network. Having a understanding and being able to access people will allow you utilize the rest of these network for growth after having the understanding of knowledge networks.
