I feel that planning is most important. Although you need the other factors including controlling, there must be a precise plan in place in order for a project to operate, be organized, and to be successful. I feel that once there is a good plan in place, the other framework factors naturally falls in order. Although I feel that planning is the most important framework, I feel that I am personally better at leading. I feel this way because it is natural for me to lead. Although I do have to plan for projects within my life, leading is still my strongest function.
