I've recently read a study where they said that in the U.S. and Europe, marketing is nonexistent because business models work in some mysterious different way. I mean, really? You really can afford this luxury in such a competitive market? I think you must look at the way it is done in Asia and use Singapore experience, for example. We use Singapore VoIP telephony as it is saving us lots of money while our call centres work as bees in beehives.
