This question is somewhat difficult to answer. I am supposed to check my emails daily on my job. However, I do not always get a chance to respond because it is an extremely busy office. I have the hardest time answering the phone because I am always with a student. For this reason, I think my business would suffer because I am accustomed to being more hands on with my customers. I think I would get an assistant for that purpose. Someone to answer the phone and respond to emails for me. This might sound horrible but there are days when I have my niece to answer my cell phone and return texts for me. If I had a business now with no help yes, it would suffer greatly because I would miss calls and e-mails if I am with a client. For example, I have a distributor who will contact me via texts and I do not respond and miss products that I need and upcoming events.
