    There are several elements of the communication process. The first is sender, the person who sends the information; the second is ideas, what you are thinking; third encoding; the fourth is communication channel, how the information is being sent; fifth is the receiver, who is getting the information; sixth decoding-the person understanding the message and last seven is the feedback, the persons response to you.
