Persuasion is disputing something to promote change. Michael Jackson had charisma that could felt across the world. We have so many people that have the power to persuade for good, but here is a list of people the used that power for evil. Such people as Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein, and Charles Manson are just some examples persuasion gone badly. Having this power in business gives a person a huge advantage when trying to sell an ideal or product. Having charisma that a person can feel before you even begin to speak on an ideal or product could be half the battle.
