Nonverbal communication is an important in business communication. Nonverbal communication can actually speak louder than verbal communication. If a customer asks a common sense question, the employee should not give a non-agreeing face to the customer. The customer may feel insulted and leave the business grounds. I am not bad at nonverbal communication. My face is naturally calm so the only thing I have to do is use hand gestures. This really makes the customers feel like the employee cares about the message they are delivering.
