<p>本次帶來的是廣西網紅特色美食——好歡螺<a href="https://www.lsf-tw.com/">螺螄粉</a>,推薦三種口味,各有特色。原味螺螄粉整體調味均衡,入口柔和;加辣加臭屬於進階版,辣度提升,分量也更大;小龍蝦味則自成一派,將麻辣小龍蝦風味與螺螄粉做法結合在一起,創意十足。</p> <p>在袋裝螺螄粉品牌中,好歡螺知名度高,位於「頂流」行列。一些品牌傾向於將螺螄粉改良得比較清淡,而好歡螺主打正宗的<a href="https://www.lsf-tw.com/">柳州螺螄粉</a>風味,湯底含真實螺肉,咸香濃郁,配料豐富大方,得到了不少本地消費者的肯定。</p> <p><strong>口味多樣,配料豐富</strong></p> <p>我們測評了三款好歡螺螺螄粉口味,分別是原味、小龍蝦口味、加臭加辣口味。<br />其中,原味有兩種規格,紫色袋為普通裝300g,黃色袋為加量裝400g。而小龍蝦口味和加臭加辣口味的包裝比較精緻,紅藍撞色+精美插圖,讓人食慾大動。</p> <p>每一款螺螄粉都有豐富的配料,如木耳、黃花菜、酸豆角、蘿蔔乾、酸筍、腐竹、花生,所有配料都有獨立包裝。</p> <p>即便是原味普通裝,配料分量也不算少,搭配米粉一起吃,開胃解膩。<br />對比熱水一泡就能吃的速食麵,螺螄粉顯得不那麼方便,但是將米粉烹煮、親手加入各種配料的過程,有了做飯的儀式感,而不是將就「對付一口」。</p> <p><strong>湯底足夠咸香,「臭」味突出</strong></p> <p>好歡螺的湯底色澤鮮亮濃郁,入口酸辣咸香平衡得不錯,接近螺螄粉店的湯底味道。</p> <p>而在螺螄粉特有的「臭」味上,好歡螺還原得很到位,酸筍下料大方,味道正宗,一拆包,酸筍味就直衝測評員的天靈蓋,十米外的同事都忍不住發問:「是誰在吃螺螄粉?」</p> <p>不僅是酸筍,其它配料也很夠吃。特別是加辣加臭版螺螄粉,腐竹給足兩包分量,光是配菜就能吃個半飽。</p> <p><img src="https://www.lsf-tw.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/t01f9b0c85428c47ac7.webp" alt="此图片的alt属性为空;文件名为t01f9b0c85428c47ac7.webp" /></p> <p><strong>紅油香辣,米粉爽滑</strong></p> <p>相較廣西本地粉店的紅油,好歡螺的紅油顯得比較溫和,照顧了大眾口味,整包放入也不會很嗆喉,給螺螄粉增加了一層香辣醇厚的味道。如果是嗜辣人士,可以選擇加辣版的螺螄粉,辣味提升,嗦起來更加過癮。</p> <p>好歡螺地方特色品牌,酸辣均衡,鮮香開胃!</p> <p>在袋裝<a href="https://www.lsf-tw.com/">螺獅粉</a>品牌中,好歡螺知名度高,位於「頂流」行列。一些品牌傾向於將螺螄粉改良得比較清淡,而好歡螺主打正宗的柳州螺螄粉風味,湯底含真實螺肉,咸香濃郁,配料豐富大方,得到了不少本地消費者的肯定。</p> <p>好歡螺的米粉是柳州本地常用的細圓粉,比起細膩的扁粉,更加富有彈性和嚼勁。煮好後過一道冷水再入湯,泡個半小時也不會軟爛渾湯。</p> <p><strong>原味:經典的,就是永恆的</strong></p> <p>幾乎零差評的一款,辣、臭都卡在大眾能接受的門檻上。官方推薦做法很科學,煮出的粉爽滑入味,有自然筋道。花生、腐竹小料品控不錯,吃貨們一致表示香脆可口,沒有變質油味。</p> <p><strong>小龍蝦味:「最喜歡+最無感」雙料冠軍</strong></p> <p>爭議很大的一款,喜歡它的人覺得有新鮮感,不喜歡的人也是因為「新鮮感」。跟原味比,這款完全不放醋,臭味、辣味較弱,小龍蝦的香辣成為了絕對主角。</p> <p><strong>加臭加辣味:食辣食臭人最愛</strong></p> <p>跟原味比,這款最大的特點是辣油加量,腐竹小料翻倍,可以大快朵頤。</p> <p><em><strong>注意事項:</strong></em></p> <p>1.米粉通常比較難煮熟,推薦與冷水一起下鍋。水沸騰後,煮十分鐘再撈出。此時米粉口感比較有嚼勁,喜歡偏軟口感的人可多煮幾分鐘。<br />2.若直接在煮過米粉的水中加入湯料,湯會變得很稠,建議另起一鍋水煮湯。<br />3.加辣加臭版<a href="https://www.lsf-tw.com/">螺絲粉</a>紅油比另外兩款的辣度大,調味時需酌情加入。</p>
