Sounds great for those who can afford it. Lets hope pods go mainstream and it should further small group https://www.writemyessayfast.ca education, a movement that has stalled.

How many hours do you spend communicating by email every day? Most of us would answer, "Too many!"  Will your organization suffer from poor email communications? Why or why not? Provide examples.

 

In my opinion, I do answer way to many emails in and 8 hour day.  Since our last class with Professor Wells, I've gotten a new job. I am now a Program Assistant for the state of Georgia in the Division of Family and Children Services and if I don't answer my email in a timely manner it may cost a child his/her life. I am responsible for assigning cases to case workers in 2 Regions for a total of 17 counties. The State Department relies heavily on email as it is our first line of communication. We are responsible for the medical insurance for newly fostered children and newly adopted children most of these kids have been abused physically and need emergency same day medical attention and if I don't open my email, then their case wont be processed that same day which means no coverage on a very critical day.

I agree, I think it depends on the department within the business. In payment processing we would call each other more than email. It was easier to have someone on the phone and ask them to look at the account in question at the same time that you were, this would help us problem solve quicker! With the State Department, email is the quickest way to get questions answered and cases processed because of the volume of information that is needed to access client information and files.

You're right, if those invoices don't match up with money there is a problem. Not to mention late fee assessments, monies not being received on time. Also when you have to call customers to confirm info it is very important that you come with the correct calculations, you don't want to make your company look bad. Do you send out emailed invoices to customers yourself or is it done by automated systems? The reason I asked is because we could send out invoice statement in a special automated program. It would be very interesting to know if you did them yourself and if so how would you insure the accuracy of the info in the invoice?
