I spend too many hours communicating by email. I'm getting better by not using email majority of the time because many individuals don't use there emails. My organization would not suffer because I use email every day for business. There are some days I would forget to check my email but I would remember to check it . As I think about it, most organization don't use email to get business done. They would call other businesses by phone and do business over the phone instead of phone.
for example - Walmart doesn't do business via email. Walmart communicates through phone. Just like target, Lowe's , and other stores.
