How many hours do you spend communicating by email everyday? Most of us would answer "Too many!" Will your organization suffer from poor email communication? Why or why not? Provide examples.
I would say both yes and no. Today, you see a lot of businesses / organizations that'll only communicate with you through email.When you have a small business where there is only you, with pretty good products that everyone want it becomes very tough. For example, I had a friend that made her own hair products. It got to where this product was so good that she was back up by months on sending invoices and even sending out orders because it was only her. She eventually had to shut down and stop taking orders. I would say it depends on the organization and how well the employees are with communicating. Some businesses and organizations have it pretty tough while some don't, and go on running a very successful business.
