中新社浙江湖州6月24日电 题：跨国“守山人”：“洋义警”的护绿情缘

　　“最近是野生动物活动旺季，巡山时要更加仔细查看周边情况。”夏日的浙江省湖州市德清县莫干山一带，竹林层层叠叠。

　　山路上，来自菲律宾的莫干山派出所骑警队“洋义警”汀汀(Torralba)骑马行走在乡间，时不时驻足查看路边草丛，“如果发现动物受伤，我们会第一时间进行救助”。

　　莫干山是中国“洋家乐”民宿产业发源地之一。这里聚集了来自法国、英国、荷兰等18个国家的投资者，民宿行业年营收超30亿元人民币，形成国际文化与中国乡村风情深度融合的独特乡村旅游模式。

　　随着外国游客量增加，当地涉外警务需求随之增多，对社会治理提出新要求。同时，莫干山森林覆盖率达90%以上，辖区主要由山林构成，打击非法狩猎、生态巡防也需要更多民众参与。

　　莫干山派出所副所长陈杰介绍，为快速适应环境变化，该地将在莫干山长期工作、生活的外国友人吸纳进社会治理队伍，成立“洋义警”团队，“‘洋义警’遍布山中各区域，为涉外警务和莫干山生态治理提供了许多帮助”。

　　汀汀是该地一马术俱乐部的教练。15年前，他来到莫干山生活，被当地优越的自然环境打动。

　　“在莫干山的乡村，人与自然和谐共处，人们的环境保护意识很强。”汀汀说，十多年的时光早已让他和当地乡民打成一片，“莫干山是我的第二故乡，看着如此美丽的风景，我也想成为守护自然的一分子，便加入了‘洋义警’队伍”。

　　当地劳岭村一处“洋家乐”内，来自南非的民宿工作人员希望(Nadia)正热情地为外国客人讲解莫干山的文化历史。

　　希望也是一名“洋义警”。莫干山的绿色生活，常常唤起她在南非成长的记忆。

　　“我在大自然中长大，父亲从小就告诉我要尊重自然。来到莫干山以后，我发现这里的人们将保护自然的习惯融入生活，这在其他地区并不常见。”经朋友介绍了解警方的环保志愿项目后，她选择加入。

　　如今，希望积极参与社区环保宣讲、协助野生动物救助。“看着这里的生态环境一年比一年好，一切努力都是值得的。守护好自然生态不仅是对当下的生活负责，更是为了给子孙后代留下绿色资源。”她感慨道。(完)
