中新网赣州6月24日电 (熊锦阳)夏日时节，在江西省赣州市信丰县新田镇新田村，小小的茶叶化作“绿色银行”，正成为富民强村的“好产业”。新田村金绿丰综合示范园总监谢三敏展示着茶叶包装上的二维码，自豪地说：“扫一扫就能溯源，我们茶叶的品质绝对有保证。”

　　近年来，新田村立足当地生态资源禀赋和传统茶产业基础，以“茶园+农户”模式大力发展茶产业，有效带动民众在家门口就业增收，勾勒出一幅采茶致富“新图景”。

　　走进金绿丰综合示范园，层层茶垄碧波荡漾，茶叶缀满枝头，沁人心脾。茶农们指尖翻飞，挎着竹篓穿梭绿浪间。“我们茶园严禁使用除草剂，并且统一使用有机肥，‘绿色生态’是我们茶叶亮丽的名片。”谢三敏介绍，即使在病虫害高发季，茶园也是采取粘虫板、生物防治等绿色防控技术，确保茶叶品质。

　　独特的气候条件、良好的生态环境，加上严格的品质管控，多方因素共同催生出优质茶叶。在第十六届江西“生态鄱阳湖、绿色农产品”(上海)展销会上，新田村的“绿寿春”有机茶叶荣获参展产品金奖。

　　“现在采的是夏茶，茶园按采茶重量算薪资，多劳多得。”茶农刘爱红将刚采摘的茶叶攒在掌心，喜笑颜开地说，“家里孩子还小，不方便去外地打工。现在在茶园上班，离家较近，每年采茶的收入能有上万元。”

　　据介绍，茶园提供灵活的工作时间，村民们在采茶季每天能赚200多元，既照顾了家庭，又增加了收入。现在，茶园成了周边村民的“就业车间”，已带动300多户村民参与采茶、制茶等环节，人均年增收3万余元。

　　“我们还搭建了茶业、果业经销平台，帮助当地农特产品进入大湾区市场，增加村民收入来源。”谢三敏说道，“因茶致富，因茶兴业。目前我们正在实施老茶园改造，提升茶园基础设施，探索‘茶旅融合’之路，进一步激发乡村振兴新动能。”(完)
